Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rr999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the rr999 website at https://rr999.cfd and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and payment processing. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the rr999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Player Eligibility

rr999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible persons will be closed and any funds held therein may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the rr999 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rr999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify rr999 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or your credentials have been compromised.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you authorised it, until you have notified rr999 of any suspected breach.
• rr999 may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

rr999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect account data in transit. However, you remain responsible for securing your own device, browser, and network connection.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the rr999 platform are subject to the following terms. rr999 processes payments exclusively through approved payment partners and will not accept or process payments via unapproved channels.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, rr999 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotional terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotional terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the promotional terms specifically allow otherwise.
• rr999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an active account at the time of withdrawal of an offer will remain subject to the original promotional terms.
• Where rr999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms, rr999 may cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the player's account.

The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. By claiming the welcome bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, permanently closed. Any funds derived from prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or acting as a nominee or proxy for another person in order to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software, including intentionally exploiting game malfunctions to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operation.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino table games, poker variants, or sports betting syndicates.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the rr999 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using rr999 in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rr999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of rr999 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the rr999 platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business, even if rr999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. rr999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rr999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. rr999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable and will restore service as promptly as possible following any unplanned disruption.

Amendments to These Terms

rr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rr999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the rr999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the rr999 support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. rr999 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where a dispute remains unresolved after the internal complaints process has been exhausted, you may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution mechanism available in your jurisdiction.
